Specialized Receiving is a core advantage of using the services we provide at Step Hills. We recognize that your precious furniture and objects may have traveled a great distance during
which they may not have been treated with the care those objects require and you deserve. Our Receiving service is your failsafe, ensuring your peace of mind by eliminating any
surprises during your installation.
Detailed Item Inspection
As part of our Receiving process we will provide timely and accurate reports on the condition of your shipment. Upon receipt of the shipment into our warehouse, we will provide
immediate notification to you or your designer. Once the items have been thoroughly inspected we will submit to you a complete Receiving Report where you can view all your product
information, including detailed photographs of each item.
